The program is divided into two phases:
3 months of theory, where students are trained in three core areas:
1. FIRE Bible
2. Old and New Testament Survey
3. Church Planter’s Services, covering practical topics such as evangelism, discipleship, leading small groups, worship, salvation prayers, baptism, the Lord’s Supper, and pastoral responsibilities.
2 months of practical outreach, where students are sent in pairs to unreached areas or communities where we have drilled water wells. During this period, students focus on serving the community and establishing cell groups, many of which have been successful.
Upon graduation, students receive a certificate and a mark sheet and are ordained as ministers of the gospel.
